Rachel Sloane was born and raised in Las Vegas, but left her hometown to attend the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where she obtained a Bachelors of Art in History in 2010. Rachel obtained her Juris Doctorate from Southwestern Law School in Los Angeles, CA. While in law school, Rachel participated in numerous organizations including Teen Court,  the Children’s Rights Clinic, and worked alongside the Legal Aid Foundation of Los Angeles to help citizens obtain their Cal-Fresh and other government benefits. Rachel  also externed for Nevada Supreme Court Justice, Michael L. Douglas and United States District Court Judge, James C. Mahan.. Prior to joining Marquis Aurbach Coffing, Rachel served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Valorie J. Vegas and the Honorable Richard F. Ms. Soder joined Marquis Aurbach as a Law Clerk in 2023, working on a full spectrum of both transactional and litigation matters. She earned her Juris Doctor from the William S. Boyd School of Law at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, and was admitted to the State Bar of Nevada in 2025.. Prior to entering law school, Ms. Soder worked as the Managing Paralegal of a local law firm specializing in civil litigation, business law, estate planning, and probate, gaining hands-on experience in a variety of legal matters. While in law school, Ms. Soder served as a research assistant, as the Treasurer and President of the Organization of Psychology and Law, as well as the Events Director for the Organization of Women Law Students. In addition to being named on the Dean’s Honor List, Ms. Soder received CALI Excellence for the Future Awards in the subjects of Professional Responsibility, Disability Law, and Resort and Casino Law.. Ms. Gifford obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance from California State University, Fresno, where she graduated summa cum laude.  During her undergraduate education, she also swam for the Fresno State Bulldogs.. Ms. Gifford received her Juris Doctor degree from the William S. Boyd School of Law at UNLV, where she graduated cum laude.  While attending law school, Ms. Gifford completed externships with the Honorable Elissa Cadish, the Ultimate Fighting Championship, and the Clark County School District. Additionally, Ms. Gifford participated in the National Sports Law Moot Court Competition as a member of the Society of Advocates. She also participated in the William S. Boyd School of Law’s legal clinic providing legal services to children and parents in need of assistance with family related legal matters.. Prior to attending law school, Ms. Gifford worked as a financial advisor for four years during which she obtained multiple licenses including her life/health insurance license, Series 6 and 63 securities licenses, real estate license, and mortgage license.  While working in financial planning, Ms. Gifford was able to work with CPAs and estate planning attorneys to build comprehensive plans for clients.  During those interactions, Ms. Gifford developed a passion for estate planning to ensure asset protection while developing maximum tax efficiencies for the distribution of wealth to heirs and charities.  It was this passion that prompted Ms. Gifford to attend law school and focus her education in tax and estate planning courses.. He received his Juris Doctor from the University of Detroit School of Law in 1993, and his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with a concentration in Management, from Hawaii Pacific University in 1986. He was admitted to practice by the Supreme Court of Florida in 1994 (Retired), and the Supreme Court of Nevada in 2000.. Mr. Wright has practiced for nearly three decades and over seventeen years exclusively in Common-Interest Community Law; six of those years with his own firm just prior to joining MAC. He was selected by Community Association Management Executive Officers, Inc. Mr. Loftus practices in the areas of estate planning, probate, guardianships, estate and gift taxation, and general civil litigation. Upon completing law school, Mr. Loftus served as the Securities Registration and Licensing Examiner for the Nevada Secretary of State. In that role, Mr. Loftus regulated new securities offerings in Nevada, in addition to reviewing new investment advisor applications. Thereafter, Mr. Loftus completed his judicial clerkship, wherein he observed all stages of litigation, including numerous jury trials. Mr. Loftus has litigated cases and served in a general counsel capacity, advising on employment law matters, corporate governance, and alternative dispute resolution.. Prior to practicing law, Mr. Loftus worked in finance for a prominent investment firm and held multiple FINRA securities licenses. During his time in law school, Jake was a distinguished student. He earned multiple Pedrick Scholar Honors recognitions for semesters of high academic performance. Jake also earned two CALI Excellence for the Future Awards for top marks in Pro Sport Team Operations and Legal Issues, and Professional Sports Law. Additionally, Jake served as a member of ASU’s Sports and Entertainment Law Journal (SELJ). While he was a member, SELJ published one of his legal articles in its Spring 2022 edition..
