Prior to co-founding Theta Law Firm, LLP, I worked as a Trial Attorney with the Massachusetts Committee for Public Counsel Services. There, I represented hundreds of clients in all aspects of criminal litigation. I also has worked as a law clerk at the Office of the Los Angeles County Public Defender. While clerking, I wrote two articles entitled: "Can You Prevent Your Witness From Being Deported Before He or She Testifies?" and "U-Visa Origins and Problems". Each article focused on unique issues that have developed within the intersection of criminal and immigration law.. Immigrating from Ukraine at a young age, I am able to speak and read in Russian and have a particular fondness for Russian food.  I enjoy travel, spending time with family, and cooking in my spare time.
