My practice is concentrated on the defense of citizens accused of crimes. The principle of my practice is simple: I believe that you have to care for the people you represent. I adamantly hold that concern and empathy for those I represent, thus forming the core of my practice. This sincerity ensures not only that everything that can be done will be done, but also that, whether I am defending the wealthy or the worker, it will be done to the best of my ability. I have built a team of attorneys, investigators and paralegals who share my passion for ensuring fair treatment for everyone under the law and you can be assured that everyone in my office, from the receptionist, to your paralegal, to your investigator, and to my co-counsel will provide aggressive and comprehensive support to you and I as we work toward the best resolution of your case.. The range of cases that I handle spans from DUI and Domestic Assault to high profile Murder cases. The focus of my practice is complex criminal charges, notably driving under the influence (DUI) charges. My clientele includes those individuals such as airline pilots and truck drivers whose employment or current situation in life would make the penalties of a DUI conviction unbearable. We also know that it's in an client's best interest to avoid a lengthy trial process and potential conviction. My trial work results in DUI verdicts of not guilty, homicide acquittals and many other not guilty verdicts for those accused of serious crimes. More importantly, my pre-trial efforts result in charges being dismissed or lowered, avoiding the dangers and expense of lengthy jury trials. Many of my clients have been found not guilty, while other clients avoided the harsh penalties called for under criminal statutes. I focus a large area of my practice to Domestic Assault cases with the belief that most families need love and support to get through their diffcult times and not the heavy hand of the law. Convictions in Domestic Assault can result in a citizen losing their home, their job and their freedom. I have written many articles and given many lectures to other attorneys across Tennessee and the country on how to get the best results possible to those charged with Domestic Assault.I graduated from Middle Tennessee State University and went on to get my law degree from the University of Tennessee School of Law in 1992. I am a member of The National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and The Tennessee Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. I have 24 years of experience practicing law in multiple jurisdictions and I am frequently invited to speak and offer educational information to legal organizations across the country.. I represent clients in Davidson, Wilson, Sumner, Macon, Smith, DeKalb, Putnam, Fentress, Rutherford and more. My practice is convenient to Nashville, Lebanon, Mt. Juliet, Murfreesboro, Gallatin, Carthage, Cookeville and all cities in and around Middle Tennessee.. I am a proud lifelong resident of Gladeville, Tennessee and live there with my wife and five beautiful kids and grand-daughter.
Mr. Lanham is the owner of the Law Office of Patrick Lanham, located in Lebanon, Kentucky. Patrick started this practice in 2013 after 8 years of service as a JAG attorney for the United States Army. During those years of service, Patrick was both a Prosecutor and later a Defense Attorney assigned to represent Soldiers in hundreds of court-martial and/or administrative actions.. Mr. Lanham deployed once to Iraq as a Prosecutor for the 25th Infantry Division and later prosecuted cases in Hawaii as a trial counsel for both the 25th Infantry Division and the 8th Theater Support Command. Mr. Lanham later served as Chief of Military Justice for the United States Army Recruiting Command and Senior Trial Counsel at Fort Bliss, Texas. Mr. Lanham's last year and a half as a JAG attorney was with the Trial Defense Office in Fort Bliss, Texas, where he represented hundreds of clients facing Court-Martials or Administrative Separations.. Upon his departure from service, Mr. Lanham started his own practice in his hometown of Lebanon, Kentucky. He has a general practice serving Central Kentucky in which he practices in Family Law (Divorce and Child Custody) and criminal defense. Mr. Lanham continues his support for Service Members as he will defend those facing court-martial or administrative hearings.. "I will continue to serve those that serve this country in my civilian practice and consider it a priviledge to invest the time and energy to try military courts-martials."
I want to take this space to thank my wonderful wife and children for all of their support, which has molded me into the husband, father and attorney that I am today. Outside of the practice of law my family keeps me busy. Sometimes I think they work me harder than my staff, but I love every second of it. I can never coach enough soccer games, go on enough dates with my wife, or enjoy too many Cincinnati Reds baseball games on a summer eve. I enjoy it all and will continue to work hard for my family and my clients.
I am an eager attorney with a focus on helping my clients achieve fiscal security and a general sense of ease through proper estate planning. This process requires an attention to detail and an understanding for the various circumstances that people often find confusing or difficult to overcome. By making a plan early, the difficulty of these situations can often be easily mitigated.. When I am not actively pursuing a prudent plan that satsifies my clients life planning objectives, I enjoy outdoor activities such as hiking with my dog, fishing, camping, and hunting.
For more than twenty years, I have devoted my practice to trial work, specifically work that involves representing and helping families.. Much of my work centers on divorce and custody. Divorce is a uniquely personal experience. I help my clients navigate through this difficult time in their lives with dignity, respect, and compassion.. In my adoption practice, I represent adoptive parents, biological parents, and step parents in private and agency adoptions. For all matters, I help my clients identify their goals and determine how best to achieve them.
DONNAVON VASEK -.. My practice focuses on criminal defense and probate (including Last Will and Testaments, Conservatorship, Probate, and Powers of Attorney), and civil law. My core belief in my practice is that I will provide my clients with the most comprehensive review of their case and the most assertive and thorough effort to resolve it to its best outcome while treating them with the care, honesty, and discretion they expect and deserve. Nothing else is acceptable to me as an attorney, nor should it be to you as a client.. Being in the courtroom nearly every day of every week has exposed me to the glaring fact that we as citizens must ensure that our consititutional rights are protected in the courts. From investigating simple DUIs to sex offenses to vehicular homicide, I have seen firsthand how important it is for every citizen to have access to skilled and dedicated defense counsel.. I uphold the aggressive defense of my clients combined with a compassionate and honest understanding of the effect the charges they face are having or will have on their lives and the lives of their families. I realize many lawyers will tell you they will “fight for you,” as will I, but I also know that fighting is no use unless your case is fully investigated, prepared, and wisely thought out to its most beneficial end. I will provide you a passionate defense tempered with a great strategy and an intelligent plan of action.. I provide defense for charges such as:. DUI/DWIBUI (Boating Under the Influence). Domestic Assault, Sexual Assault, Illegal Possession of Drugs. Drugs and Weapons charges. Drug Possession. Probation Violations. Records Expungement and any other type of criminal charge.. I also provide legal services in estate law, such as Willis and Powers of Attorneys.. Call my office at or contact us through the website if I can help you.
