Jason was born in Gallatin, Tennessee on March 9, 1976. He was admitted to bar, 2003, Tennessee. Jason received his post high school education from University of Mississippi at Oxford (B.A., 1998) and Nashville School of Law (J.D., 2003). Jason is an active member the American Association for Justice, Tennessee Association for Justice and 15th Judicial District Bar Association. Over the past seven years, Jason has been successful in litigating failed and defective products cases, Medicare fraud cases, medical malpractice, tractor trailer and trucking accidents and premises liability cases. He has successfully obtained Social Security Disability benefits for several Tennesseans that are unable to work.
