He began trying cases while still in law school at the James City County Commonwealth’s Attorney’s Office where he prosecuted domestic violence cases. He then went on to work at the Loudoun County Public Defender’s Office where he defended hundreds of indigent clients accused of crimes ranging from simple assault to murder.. Upon leaving the Public Defender’s Office, Mr. Rock established his law firm in Leesburg, Virginia. From the beginning, his goal has been to develop a firm that meets each of its client’s needs as individuals. In recognizing the unique problems that each of his clients face, Mr. Rock is able to work with them to identify and achieve the necessary solutions to those problems.. Mr. Rock devotes over 50% of his practice to criminal and traffic defense. He regularly appears in courts throughout Virginia on behalf of his clients.
