Since being licensed in 1994, Ms. Corley has focused her practice in the area of commercial litigation with emphasis on defending claims for personal injury, premises liability, food-borne illness, liquor liability, harassment and discrimination, wage and hour violations, breach of contract, fraud, products liability and wrongful death/survival. Her practice includes representation of diverse business concerns such as restaurants and retail establishments, employers, insurance companies, healthcare providers and other private interests. Since 1995, Mr. Fleming has served as lead trial counsel in a broad range of matters across South and Central Texas, including litigation arising out of complex commercial and construction disputes, personal injury defense, muncipal law, eminent domain, municipal development/regulation, labor and employment, banking and debt enforcement/collection, among numerous other areas of law. Mr. Fleming has represented a wide array of clients such as the City of San Antonio, the City of Brownsville, the City of New Braunfels, City Public Service Board of San Antonio, San Antonio Water Systems, Brooks Development Authority, Port Authority of San Antonio, numerous international financial institutions, several homeowners associations, trucking companies and insurance carriers, along with countless local businesses and individuals in litigation.  Mr. Fleming is admitted to practice in federal court before the U.S. District Courts for the Western and Southern District of Texas and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.

I have been board certified in Consumer and Commercial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization since 2001. In addition to my law degree, I have. a MBA from U.T. in Austin.  Although I continue to practice commercial and consumer litigation, my primary area of practice the last 5 or 6 years has been litigating ERISA claims.  I have three wonderful children and enjoy writing and sports in my spare time.  I am a frustrated philospher and have taught philosophy at Incarnate Word (University).
