I have been licensed since 1994 and focus my practice on Estate Planning, Wills, Trusts, Elder Law, Probate, Conservatorships, and Guardianships. I prepare legal documents such as Powers of Attorney, Living Trusts, Wills, Healthcare Directives to Physicians (also called Living Wills), Contracts, and Real Estate Deeds, and related documents in these areas of law. I also represent clients in Guardianship andn Conservatorship matters, and also in Will Contests and Trust and Estate Dispute litigation. I also spent about ten (10) years in the insurance and financial industry, so I have a unique perspective and knowledge about that industry as well.
