Mr. Jackson primarily defends employers in federal and state court litigation, including federal law claims under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Equal Pay Act, the Fair Labor Standards ACt, and 42 U.S.C. I have been practicing law in Little Rock since 1983.  I am married to Helena McGill Schulze, to whom I have also been married since 1983.  We have two sons, Christopher and Benjamin, both of whom are working in the computer field.. I am an amateur linguist who practices law for a living.  The only second language in which I am fluent enough to do business is Spanish, but I know a smattering of a few other languages..
