My practice is limited to the areas of Elder Law, Special Needs Planning and Estate Planning, with over 30 years experience with aging and disability issues. I have been a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys for over 20 years and a Charter Member of the Special Needs Alliance.  I am AV® rated (highest category) by Martindale-Hubble® Attorney Peer Rating System for legal ability and ethical standards since 2008.    I am also a Fellow of the Arkansas Gerontological Society and have been recognized by Mid-South Super Lawyers since 2008.  A member of the Arkansas Bar Association, I recently served as Chairman for the Arkansas Elder Law Desk Manual and also served as Chairman of the Elder Law Section for the Arkansas Bar.  In the Summer of 2012, the Arkansas Trial Lawyers Association published my article on Special Needs Trusts..
