Rob Beard was raised in Augusta, Arkansas and is a graduate of Augusta High School.  He completed his B.A. at Henderson State Univeristy in 1999.  Rob went on to graduate with honors from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock School of Law.  While attending law school, Rob served as Assistant Managing Editor of the UALR Law Reviewand was Vice President of the Student Bar Association.. Rob joined Rainwater, Holt & Sexton in 2011.  He lives in Little Rock and enjoys hunting and golfing.

Mike Rainwater was born and raised in North Little Rock, Arkansas and is a graduate of North Little Rock High School.  He obtained his undergraduate degree at Louisiana Tech University in 1972, and went on to graduate from the South Texas College of Law in 1979.  While attending law school, Mike was a member of Phi Alpha Delta.. Mike lives in Little Rock with his wife.  They have three sons, one of whom is in practice with Mike at Rainwater, Holt & Sexton.  He loves Razorback football and enjoys cattle farming and golf.

Kirby McDonald is a nataive of Harrison, Arkansas.  He obtained his undergraduate degree at the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville in 2012, and went on to graduate from the University of Arkansas School of Law in 2016.

Geoff Thompson was born in Thirsk, North Yorkshire, England.  He completed his undergraduate studies and MBA at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. Geoff went on to obtain his Juris Doctor from UALR's School of Law in 2002.  He joined Rainwater, Holt & Sexton in 2012.

Danielle Robertson is a nataive of Corning, Arkansas.  She obtained her undergraduate degree at Lyon College in 2003, and went on to graduate from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock School of Law in 2012.
