My practice is limited to the areas of Elder Law, Special Needs Planning and Estate Planning, with over 30 years experience with aging and disability issues. I am a native of Monette, Arkansas. I graduated from Buffalo Island Central High School before attending the University of Central Arkansas (UCA), where I graduated with honors and was selected as the Outstanding Student for the College of Liberal Arts in May 2015. After graduating from UCA, I pursued concurrently a Master of Public Service from the Clinton School of Public Service and a law degree from UA Little Rock's William H. Bowen School of Law. I graduated with honors from Bowen in May 2019.. During law school, I was a member of both the Bowen Trial Competition Team and the UA Little Rock Law Review, where I also served as an Articles Editor on the Editorial Board. I was the top student in my Professionalism, Specialized Legal Research: Family Law, and Employment Law classes. After graduating from law school, I briefly lived in Alaska, where I worked for a trial court judge in the civil division. Though I loved being surrounded by mountains and snow, I moved back to Arkansas in early 2020 to be closer to friends and family.. I have lived in Little Rock on and off for about 5 years. In my spare time, I enjoy attending trivia nights at local restaurants and having game nights with friends. I also have fond memories of taking an annual trout fishing trip to the White River with my grandfather, father, and cousins.

Don A. Eilbott was born in Pine Bluff, Arkansas, the fifth generation of his family to live there. His father was a noted criminal defense attorney. At a young age, Don Eilbott began attending trials with his father. He attended Pine Bluff schools and graduated from the University of Arkansas with a BSBA and JD. While attending U of A, he was active in his college fraternity, Sigma Alpha Epsilon, and various campus organizations including Beta Gamma Sigma, an honorary business society.. After graduation in 1974, as the youngest attorney in Arkansas at the time, he returned to Pine Bluff and began practice with Reinberger, Eilbott, Smith, and Staten. He continued to practice in Pine Bluff until 2003. During that time, his varied practice took him to trials in over 60 counties in Arkansas, ranging from capital murder defense to insurance litigation.. In 1982 Eilbott and a group of associates founded Arkansas Title Insurance Company. It was and has remained the only Arkansas domiciled title insurance underwriter. He has handled all aspects of the representation of Arkansas Title from 1982 to current. In addition he has represented other title insurance underwriters in regards to claims in Arkansas and various other states. Arkansas Title was subsequently sold to Stewart Title Guaranty Company in 1998.. In 2003, Eilbott joined Stewart Title as President and CEO of Stewart Title of Arkansas, CEO of Arkansas Title, and CEO of National Land Title Insurance Company, an underwriter doing business in 11 states.. Eilbott returned to private practice in 2007. He has continued his representation of various Stewart Title companies and others in the title insurance industry.. Eilbott and his wife, Mari Cousins Eilbott, a noted artist, live in Little Rock. He and Mari love to relax in their cedar log cabin in Heber Springs. It’s located on the bank of the Little Red River where they enjoy spending time trout fishing and the pleasure of their dogs, Handsome and Gauge.
