I do not shop or seek financing for projects/music/scripts or help find clients representation (agents, managers, etc.).  I work for the majority of my clients on an hourly basis.  Hourly clients are required to pay a retainer before legal services commence.  I do represent some clients on a percentage basis but only if the agreement at issue provides a substantial and guaranteed payment to the client.  I do not negotiate option agreements or development agreements on a percentage basis..
