Firm: Venerable Injury Law

Alexander Tsao is a Shareholder/Partner at Venerable where his current practice focuses on victims' rights advocacy and personal injury/tort law. With a diverse legal background, and having worked as a senior associate for one of the most prestigious law firms in the country, Mr. Tsao currently represents a wide array of clients in his practice at Venerable. He has helped his clients receive nearly 100 million dollars as compensation for their pain and suffering related to personal injury matters. He has even received settlements of over $1,000, for his clients though they were ultimately found liable for the accidents causing injury. Those types of results stem from advanced strategy, diligent preparation and a winning reputation.. In addition to his civilian practice, Mr. Tsao was formerly a judge advocate/military lawyer in the U.S. Marine Corps where he served as a Chief Prosecutor, Chief Civil Law Officer, and Special Assistant U.S. Attorney.. This is Mr. Tsao's statement about how his firm, Venerable Injury Law, differs from others in the industry:. Our experience in winning: Our team has handled thousands of personal injury cases, from claim opening through litigation, and we've never failed to obtain compensation for the clients that we have retained through case completion.. Our team capabilities: Our team has not only processed and handled thousands of cases dealing with all kinds of accidents and injuries, from soft tissue to wrongful death, but we have handled them in many different languages including, Spanish, Chinese, Korean, and English. We know that effective communication starts with being able to communicate with the client in their native language.. Our cutting edge technology: We utilize a custom-designed software application known as ClaimTrack (patent pending) that has a three tiered system for improving the way personal injury claims are handled. At the bottom layer, which we call Operations, we have drastically improved the efficiency with which we handle and process all of our cases. The second layer, known as the Provider Portal is where we have the ability to share information, including client index information, provider information, insurance contacts, and more, with relevant third-parties. The third and top layer, which serves as the catalyst for the ClaimTrack system, is the Client Portal, where clients can view all their case information, including claim status, directly from their phone through the ClaimTrack mobile application. The use of ClaimTrack technology and the client portal expedities claims processing, increases claim value, and potentially reduces legal fees for the client.

After three jury trials in 2015, I can easily answer what exactly IS my job?. To help make justice.. I can not decide for the jury.  I wish.  But no.  I can not tell them that insurance companies and their evil sense of injustice are why the jurors must endure my blabbering for several days, taken from their normal lives, to decide the value of harm and loss to a mother and child.  My clients.  Objection! That is "inadmissible.". As I prepared for my third closing argument this year, I feared confusion.  I feared doubt.  I feared the habitual process of most people, with their biases, opinions and other reasons for questioning the truth of love.  I have to help strangers determine the fair and reasonable value of causing a 9 year old Girl Scout to fear death.  To fear leaving her home!  But I can not use the actual facts that caused that same kid to fear leaving her home.  What?   How does that make any sense?. Apparently, the Rules of Evidence know something I do not.. But as I prepared to fight this giant insurance company who could have easily settled my client's harms and losses a long time ago, I am reminded by this picture of how strong I can become.  And yet my strength pales when compared to my client, a Girl Scout, a kid who still sees the same dog that hurt her, that bit into her several times.  Damn.  And damn you Farmers Insurance!  Too bad insurance companies can't have kids, and feel what happens when your kid is harmed.. Let's fight Farmers Insurance.  Let's fight because my clients make me strong.  Let's fight because I help make justice.

After graduating cum laude from New York University School of Law and working at some of the country's biggest and best litigation firms, we founded King & Siegel LLP to provide the same aggressive, high-quality representation to those who really need it - the hardworking employees and consumers trying to make a living in increasingly unequal markets. We bring individual and class actions to challenge wage theft, discrimination, harassment, and consumer fraud. We aren't afraid of litigating against big companies or fancy law firms; we used to work for them, so we know their tricks and are prepared to fight on your behalf.. In many workplaces the deck is stacked against even the most hardworking, talented, and thick-skinned women and minorities. They compete with against explicit and implicit bias and hostility and fight against demeaning aggressions on a weekly basis. We've been fighting for equality in the workplace for decades; it's the workplace's turn to step up and do better. Speaking out against illegal and discriminatory practices can cause your employer to correct course and make positive change for your colleagues, peers, friends, and family.. Similarly, challenging illegal working conditions and wage theft can help your co-workers and change your industry. We pursue individual and class action litigation on behalf of wage earners who are wronged by their employers, helping return money owed to the most important members of the workforce - those who actually do the work, versus those who push the paper. We believe that litigation can be a meaningful tool in the fight for economic equality for all Californians.. Contact us today for a free consultation! We will fight for you.
