In 2002, Mr. Diamante successfully defended a Salvadorian immigrant who was facing deportation largely due to his outspoken beliefs regarding corruption in the Los Angeles Police Department’s Rampart Division.At the firm, Mr. Diamante handles a broad range of immigration matters, ranging from employment- and family-based immigration to deportation defense to detention release to political asylum. He has helped immigrants seeking naturalization/citizenship, green cards, and safety in the United States.
