Albert S. Golbert is a principal in Golbert & Associates, Los Angeles. He earned degrees from the University of Southern California and the University of Denver before attending the University of Michigan Law School and completing his Doctoral studies at the Institut Universitaire de Hautes Etudes Internationales of the University of Geneva.
