Mike is a native of Cleveland Ohio where he attended St. Ignatius High School. He went on to complete his undergraduate studies at nationally ranked College of the Holy Cross, which he graduated from in 1982. Mike then attended law school and received his JD from American University's Washington College of Law.. Mike concentrates his practice in the business law arena, devoting most of his time in the following two areas: (i) general business and commercial litigation, with an emphasis on the rights and duties of shareholders, directors, officers and employees of businesses; and (ii) preparing the necessary documentation concerning the formation and operation of businesses, including business formation agreements and all types of contractual agreements needed by businesses in the course of their operations. I have over 25 years of experience in criminal law.  I began my career in 1986 as Chief Narcotics Prosecutor in the Jefferson County Commonwealth's Attorney's Office (Louisville's first "Drug Czar").  I have developed an intimate knowledge of how prosecution works, and I use this knowledge to aggressively manage a client's defense..
