Mike is a lawyer at Marcotte Law Firm in Lowell, Massachusetts.  He joined Marcotte Law Firm as an associate in 2011 after working in other capacities since 2005. He is currently licensed to practice in both Massachusetts and Connecticut.  He received his B.A. in Economics from the College of the Holy Cross in 2007, as well as his J.D. and Certificate in Tax Studies from the University Of Connecticut School Of Law in 2010. While at UConn, Mike pursued a wide range of opportunities. He represented low income taxpayers in cases against the Internal Revenue Service and state revenue agencies, clerked for a judge of the Superior Court of Connecticut, and interned with the Connecticut State’s Attorney’s Office.  Now, in addition to his work at Marcotte Law Firm, Mike is taking classes at the Graduate Tax Program at Boston University School of Law, where he expects to receive his Master of Laws degree in Taxation in 2012.
