Ms. Maravich regularly speaks at seminars regarding trial practice and the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. She is a Memphis Bar Foundation Fellow and has served on the Board of Directors for Girls, Inc. of Memphis, the YMCA of Memphis and the Mid-South, and the Community Legal Center. Ms. Maravich served as Chair of the Fee Dispute Committee of the Memphis Bar Association for several years.
Meghan K. McMahon concentrates her practice in the areas of business and commercial litigation and intellectual property.. Ms. McMahon graduated from the University of Notre Dame Law School, where she served as Executive Solicitations Editor of The Journal of College and University Law. Prior to joining Glankler Brown, Ms. McMahon worked in Academic and Membership Affairs at the NCAA’s national office in Indiana. She has experience with matters including NCAA compliance, sports and entertainment contracts, intellectual property, and other related issues.
Matt Brinner concentrates his practice in the areas of real estate and business transactions, leasing and secured lending, as well as commercial property tax appeals. He works with private companies and their owners in connection with the formation, structuring, and representation of various business entities, including other business-related transactions such as asset and stock-based acquisitions and dispositions. Matt represents numerous property owners, developers, landlords, tenants and other participants in connection with residential and commercial real estate acquisitions, dispositions, developments, condominium conversions and commercial leasing transactions (including office, retail and industrial). He also works with borrowers and lenders in all areas of secured lending, including business and real estate financed transactions and foreclosures.
