Maureen did her undergraduate studies at UNH – Durham and earned her law degree from UNH School of Law in 1986. At age 19, Maureen was elected to the New Hampshire House of Representatives where she served for six years on the Judiciary Committee. She remains the youngest woman ever elected to a seat in the state legislature.
