Attorney Collins practiced law for firms in Salem, NH and then Concord, NH before opening a solo practice in Manchester in 2012. Attorney Collins has extensive courtroom experience in divorce, child custody, child support, guardianships, adoptions, criminal defense, DWI, civil suits domestic violence and variety of other legal matters. I joined SekellaLaw as an Of Counsel attorney in June, 2017. Prior to joining SekellaLaw I worked as an Of Counsel at Black, Vitelli & Pennock, and I also worked as an Associate with Pollack Law Group, focusing my practice in all aspects of family law, estate planning, including Wills and Trusts, bankruptcy and civil litigation. I also worked as an Associate at Sheehan, Schiavoni, Jutras & Magliocchetti, LLP practicing all aspects of family law, bankruptcy law, wills, trusts, estates and probate administration, civil litigation, real estate law and landlord/tenant law. In 2006, I opened my solo practice, continuing my compassion as a counselor with vigorous advocacy to best meet my clients’ needs.  I began my legal career in 1999 at Minasian & Minasian, Attorneys at Law in Lawrence, Massachusetts.  During my tenure, I provided exceptional legal services in a vast array of legal fields, including probate & family law, bankruptcy, civil litigation, estate planning, real estate, evictions and landlord/tenant law, and personal injury law.. I am licensed to practice law in both New Hampshire and Massachusetts and continue to focus my practice primarily in the areas of family law, including divorce and post-divorce matters involving custody, child support, parenting time, alimony and modification of existing judgments. For many years, I worked in the area of finance and computers (for small companies and non-profit organizations) while I worked towards obtaining my BS degree in Criminal Justice, with my ultimate goal to attend law school. In 2000 I started attending law school full time, attending classes at night and on weekends, all the while continuing to work full time to support my family. I graduated in 2003 and was admitted to practice law in Massachusetts in 2003. I was admitted to practice law in New Hampshire in 2004 and later that same year in Connecticut and Maine. Although I don't practice in Maine and Connecticut today, I continue to keep licenses active. I was a Guardian ad Litem appointed by the NH Courts in more than 150 cases involving parental rights and responsibilities, guardianships, termination of parental rights and relocation. Today, my practice includes a variety of areas of practice but is primarily focused on family issues, including divorce, parental rights and responsibilities, domestic violence issues, termination of parental rights, step-parent adoptions, wills, guardianships, deeds, prenuptial agreements, real property partitions, and other issues related to families.. I work closely with my clients to provide them with the best representation possible and to guide them through what is often a highly emotional process by providing reasonable expectations and guidance so that my clients can make informed decisions for not only their best interests, but also the best interest of their children and other family members.

Attorney Crystal Maldonado has focused her career on family law. She is admitted to the New Hampshire Bar and the United States District Court for the District of New Hampshire.. Originally from Londonderry, New Hampshire, Crystal received her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and International Relations from Stonehill College in 2005, and her Juris Doctor from the University of New Hampshire School of Law in 2008. During law school, she was one of the first members of the Daniel Webster Scholar Honors Program, a two-year bar practicum. Crystal continues to be involved in the Daniel Webster Scholar Honors Program as a Family Law Adjunct Professor at the Univeristy of New Hampshire School of Law.. Crystal is also an active member of the New Hampshire Bar Association and the New Hampshire Family Law is also a board member of the Friends of the Merrimack County Child Advocacy Center.
