Attorney Daniel A. He began his law career in 2007 with the Franklin County Office of the Public Defender in Chambersburg, Pennsylvania. Mr. Pallen serves as appointed conflict counsel for the Delaware County Court of Common Pleas in matters of plenary guardianship, adoptions, and criminal defense.
