The Law Offices of Robert E. O’Connor, P.C., was established in 1996. Attorney O’Connor grew up in Delaware County having graduated from the last class of Nether Providence High School in 1983. Following graduation, he received his Bachelors of Science in Business Administration from Millersville University in 1988. In 1996, Attorney O’Connor graduated from Widener University with both his Masters Degree in Business Administration and his Juris Doctor Degree. Also, in 1996, he passed and became licensed to practice law in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Attorney O’Connor is married with three children. He resides in Wallingford, Pennsylvania, where he grew up. He has had the privilege of serving as a township commissioner in his community, having been initially elected in 1997 and sworn into office in 1998. Since then, he has been re-elected in 2001, 2005, 2009, 2013 2017 and 2021. When not working as an attorney or a township commissioner, he enjoys spending time with his family, as well as coaching and playing ice hockey. He is also a member of St. John Chrysostom Parish in Wallingford.

In practice for over 40 years, Mr. DiOrio presently concentrates in :  family law,including divorce,custody, alimony and pre-nuptial agreements;  estate administration, including estate planning, Wills,Trusts,Living Wills and Powers of Attorney ; personal injury and general litigation. He has served as a Custody Conciliator and Support Master,and is a former D.A. and Public Defender. Bob's extensive litigation experience in both state and federal courts enhances his services as a mediator in commercial,business and family law disputes,and is a member of the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts. He has served as Solicitor for numerous governmental agencies and private firms.
