Although considered a "general practice", my work focuses on estate planning and administration, elder law, real estate, small business and litigation.  I also have a specialty in Constitutional Law, which stems from my first career as a newspaper reporter.  I was a media lawyer for 7 years, and continue to keep up with First Amendment and other civil rights law..
