My practice primarily involves real estate and mortgage related transactions. I represent large and small businesses, financial institutions, and individuals in civil litigation, including cases involving business disputes, construction issues, breach of contract, business torts, franchise disputes, trade secrets, intellectual property, products liability, defamation, fraud, lender liability, property disputes, and insurance coverage questions, among others.  I also represents clients in AAA arbitration. In addition, I provide advice to businesses in a capacity similar to in-house counsel. My work includes reviewing and drafting contracts, developing strategies to deal with and avoid legal issues, and assisting in strategic planning from a legal perspective..
