Jared was born and raised in Silver Creek, Mississippi.  He is a graduate of the Mississippi School for Mathematics and Science in Columbus, Mississippi.  Jared graduated from the University of Mississippi’s Business School and Sally McDonnell-Barksdale Honors College.. During his undergraduate career, he helped to found the University of Mississippi’s Mock Trial Program, as well as volunteered with the Lafayette County Habitat for Humanity and University of Mississippi Emergency Medical Responders.. While in law school, Jared served on the University of Mississippi’s Law Review as an associate editor and on the Moot Court Board, where he won multiple advocacy competitions and individual accolades.

I am one of those people who has been given the opportunity to get a wide range of experiences. Even though I was raised in Memphis, Tennessee, after completing high school, I was given the opportunity to live in Jerusalem, Israel, for the next nine years. During that time, I was fortunate enough to receive certification as a Rabbi and to meet my lovely wife.. During law school, I clerked with Justice Holder, a Supreme Court judge in Tennessee. Although that experience granted me extraordinary insight and understanding in a wide range of legal topics, it is not my greatest asset. I am blessed with the chance to continue to practice law in a firm with my father, Mr. Kenneth R. Besser, an attorney with more than 30 years of experience in the practice of law. I have been working with him for the past four years, which has granted me even deeper insight into both the legal field, but also into understanding and creating a rapport with client. I know of no other person more able to quickly become friends with anyone he meets.. I am dedicated to understanding my client and helping them to acheive their goals.
