Mr. Fairchilds grew up in Virginia and obtained his undergraduate degree from James Madison University in 2002. He attended law school at The University of Memphis School of Law where he was a member of the Tennessee Journal of Practice and Procedure. After graduation in 2005, he served as litigation associate at a defense firm and as general counsel at Sports Floors, Inc. Mr. Fairchilds practices in the areas of automobile accidents and workers' compensation litigation and is a member of the Memphis Bar Association, Tennessee Bar Association and American Bar Association. Mr. Fairchilds is a golfer but also supports our Memphis sports teams, the Grizzlies, Tigers and Redbirds. Corey B. Trotz is a founding member and Senior Partner of Nahon, Saharovich & Trotz, PLC. Mr. Trotz is a former board member on the Exchange Club Family Center, an organization dedicated to the prevention of child abuse and family violence. He has served as president and vice-president of this board. Further, Mr. Trotz formerly served on the Board of BRIDGES, Inc., an organization whose mission is to build a community of leaders to advance racial, economic, educational and environmental justice. In addition, Mr. Trotz has chaired the fund-raising gala for Facing History and Ourselves, a non-profit organization, and he has participated in a myriad of other fundraising activities.
