I think I am a regular guy.  When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with my wife and our two kids, Watson and Lila.  I also enjoy deer hunting and am an avid Tennessee Volunteer fan.. I really like practicing law and  especially enjoy being able to maintain a diverse practice.  Doing plaintiff and defense work makes me a better lawyer for all of my clients.. We understand that nobody wants to be in a situaiton where they need a lawyer.  Our firm works hard to help people overcome the legal challenges they are facing and get back to living their lives.

I focus my practice on estate planning, post-death administration and business planning, including asset protection planning and business succession planning.  I counsel clients with respect to a wide variety of issues relating to wills, trusts, probate and trust administration, asset protection, taxes, charitable giving, business sales or purchases and other wealth transfers.

I am an avid golfer and spend weekends on a pontoon boat at my lake house all summer. My favorite winter sport is snow skiing.  I have two beautiful teenage daughters who are both adopted.  My favorite aspect of my job is helping people start a new chapter in their lives after divorce.  I love seeing my clients succeed both financially, professionally and socially.

Graduated from the University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law in 2012.  During my final year, I clerked for the Honorable Robert S. Weiss in Division 8 of Circuit Court in Shelby County.  Since joining Wiseman Bray, I have focused most of my practice on civil litigation and local governement work.. Outside the office I enjoy everything outdoors.  I attend Oliver Creek church of Christ and volunteer with my alma-mater, Freed-Hardeman, as part of the President's Alumni Cabinet where I have the opportunity to advise the University's President on matters ranging from enrollment to endowment management.
