The greatest portion of my practice is in Family Law.  I represent individuals in dissolution actions, custody actions and post judgment modifications.  I also represent many children in divorce actions either as the attorney for the minor child or as the child's Guardian ad litem.. A quickly growing area of my partice is in alternative approaches to resolving family matters such as mediation and collaborative divorce.  For close to ten years now, I working to assist my clients avoid the huge financial cost, as well as the very significant emotional cost, of litigation.  The collaborative divorce protocols, especially the interdiscplinary approach, has proven to be extremely successful in reaching good resolutions in very difficult family situations..
