The main areas of law that I focus on are: probate law, family law, elder law (medicaid planning and asset protection), and estate planning. Early life experiences and personal losses of loved ones led me to pursue my areas of specialization and, to this day, fuels me to provide world-class products and services to my clients.. I graduated from the University of Mary Washington with a Bachelor's in History and Political Science in 2014 and began law school at the University of Connecticut School of Law the same year. I worked for Rich, Rosenthal, Brincefield, Manitta, Dzubin, Kroeger, LLP in my first summer of law school; covering many areas of law but largely focusing on property, divorce, and estate planning. In my last year of law school I worked for Czepiga, Daily, Pope, & Perri, LLC; the premier elder law and medicaid planning firm in the Northeast.. After graduation, my wife and I moved to the Treasure Valley to start our lives and start a family.. Scott received a  Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Utah in 1989 and a Juris Doctor degree from Willamette University in 1993. Both children recently graduated from college, so he is officially old.  He also enjoys almost any athletic event and still participates even though his body has been telling him it is time to quit.

Jacob Bateman was born and raised in Idaho, growing up in the Boise/Meridian area. He is a United States Marine Corps veteran, serving a combat tour in Afghanistan in 2010. Bryan Norton is an Idaho attorney who focuses his legal practice on real estate law, estate planning, probate, and business law.
