Kegan is an Idaho and Nevada licensed attorney practicing at the Advocates, a full-service personal injury law firm with offices located throughout Idaho.. Kegan grew up in Meridian, Idaho and graduated magna cum laude from Boise State University with a degree in business and marketing in 2013.  Kegan then attended William S. Boyd School of Law, University of Las Vegas Nevada (UNLV) on a merit based academic scholarship and graduated with his Juris Doctorate in 2016.  While in law school, Kegan served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Judge Cynthia D. Steel, worked as a law clerk and as a research assistant. Kegan was also a member of the Las Vegas student chapter of the J. Reuben Clark Law Society, earned a C.A.L.I. award, and placed 3rd in the 2016 Nevada Law Journal Writing Competition. After law school, Kegan gained experience working at prominent firms in Las Vegas before returning back home to Idaho.. As an attorney, Kegan has successfully helped his clients navigate and resolve complex legal issues and difficult situations. Kegan was selected to Super Lawyers Rising Stars for 2023 and 2024, a peer designation that is only awarded to a select number of accomplished attorneys in each state.
