BIOGRAPHY. David Haynes is an experienced general attorney, with over 30 years of private, military and commercial aviation experience. Headquartered in Methuen, Massachusetts, the Law Offices of David Haynes strive to provide effective, efficient and quality legal services to a diverse body of clients with a personal touch. After graduating from Arizona State University, David was commissioned as a second lieutenant in the US Marine Corps. There, he attended flight school and flew a variety of fighter aircraft for 15 years in both active duty and reserves..
