I represent debtors in bankruptcy under Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 throughout South Florida.  I was admitted to the Florida Bar in May, 2003 and I have practiced bankruptcy law almost exclusively since 2005.  Before starting my own practice in 2012, I gained extensive experience representing debtors in bankruptcy during more than six years working for some of the highest volume consumer-debtor bankruptcy firms in South Florida.  I have been involved in thousands of bankruptcy cases and I have handled cases under Chapters 7 and 13 in Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties.  I am a graduate of the University of Florida College of Law and a member in good standing of the Florida Bar, the U. S.
