Mark has maintained a general transactional practice in Wisconsin since 1994.  The majority of his practice concentrates in the areas of estate planning, probate, and business law.  One of Mark's passions is working with clients to develop creative estate plans that address each client's unique planning goals.  He accompllishes this through the skillful use of wills, trusts, marital property agreements, contractual assets, buy-sell agreements, powers of attorney, foundations, and /or other entities.  Upon a client's passing, Mark continues working with that clent's estate, heirs, and trusts to ensure the client's plans and wishes are followed.  In the commercial world, Mark thrives in assisting business clients in a broad variety of matters including business organization, mergers and acquisitions, owner disputes,financing, taxation, collection, employment matters, contract and contractual disputes, real estate transactions, and business succession panning.

Jennifer has been practicing law since 2010 and focuses her practice on financial matters, including all types of bankruptcy, debtor/creditor rights, asset protection, and workouts.  Jennifer has represented individuals and businesses in state and federal courts in bankruptcy reorganization cases, challenges to bankruptcy discharge, fraudulent transfer issues, adversary proceedings, and valuation of asset disputes.. Jennifer also represents clients in various areas of financial matters in the consumer and commercial context, such as settlements, asset protection strategies, collections, foreclosures, mortgage modifications, student loans, credit problems, and consumer matters.. Prior to joining Fuhrman & Dodge, S.C., Jennifer worked as an attorney for a Chapter 7 bankruptcy trustee. She is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin Law School and earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.

Eric advises individuals, families, and business owners with estates of all sizes, and helps them develop a customized legal plan for their personal situation. He takes great pride in building long-term relationships with his clients, acting as their “general counsel” for their family or business – being their go-to advisor to help them navigate our complex legal system. Eric assists within his areas of expertise (trusts & estates, business, tax, and real estate), and connects his clients with other specialty professionals for other areas of need. Eric is a shareholder with the firm and also maintains the firm's satellite office in Stoughton. Eric is frequently featured as a speaker on a variety of estate planning topics. He earned his Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree cum laude from the University of Wisconsin Law School. Eric also earned a certificate in Estate Planning with Honors, taking an extensive curriculum of specialty Estate Planning courses. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Business Finance from the UW-La Crosse College of Business Administration. Eric lives in Waunakee with his wife Eve and daughters Lily and Emma.

Chris’s primary practice involves helping his individual and business clients with their day-to-day legal needs. Chris has significant experience in the litigation area for his clients, including work in the Wisconsin Circuit Courts, Federal Courts, Appellate Courts, as well as administrative agencies and municipal governments. Chris’s litigation experience is broad, with significant knowledge in contract, business, and property disputes, as well as litigation involving the banking, dealership and construction industries. Chris is also regularly involved in the operation of business, including representation of clients in their day-to-day needs, employment matters, purchases and sales of businesses and resolving problems arising out of disputes between business owners. Chris has an extensive practice in collections and business formations.. Chris’s clients include several banks and credit unions, and he assists them with their daily operational needs, including loan origination transactions, inter-creditor issues and debt collection, including replevins, foreclosure and contract actions.. Chris also has a long history of representation of dealerships, including automobile dealers, equipment dealers, hardware dealers and other Wisconsin dealerships. Over the course of his entire career, Chris has represented clients in dealership and franchise disputes and in matters governed by the Wisconsin Fair Dealership Law.. Chris also has extensive experience in the real estate arena, ranging from assistance with real estate purchases and sales to extensive and complex commercial real estate transactions. Chris has litigated numerous cases involving problems arising during or after the sale of real property, title issues, construction disputes and matters involving the state government and local municipalities.
