Judge Kolokoff joined a South Florida boutique firm in 2012 where he represented clients in a broad range of matters focusing in civil litigation, major provider fraud, and defense of fraudulent claims.  He was appointed to the Miami-Dade County bench in 2020 and served until 2023.  He presided over criminal and civil cases as a County Court Judge and Acting Circuit Judge and was the most trial active judge in the Circuit during his term. He then joined a national firm where zelously represented institutional clients and private clients in many matters including breach of contract, misappropration of intellectual property, civil theft, premises liability, and wrongful death.. Judge Kolokoff served as Chair of The Florida Bar Standing Committee on the Unlicensed Practice of Law (Chair 2015-2017; Vce Chair 2014; Member 2011-2017) and also on the Professional Ethics Committee of The Florida Bar (2018-2024). He is a member of numerous organizations including the Miami-Dade Bar and League of Prosecutors..
