My job is to help people facing criminal or driver licensing sanctions resulting from traffic arrests.  I represent individuals in both civil and criminal appeals, as well as in administrative hearings before the Department of Licensing.  I enjoy success when it comes, but my greatest ambition is ensuring client satisfaction through prompt communication, attention to detail, and realistic guidance.

I have been a resident of Snohomish County for the majority of 55 years.  I have also lived in British Columbia, Pullman, Washington and London, England.  I have worked as a mortgage broker, a consultant to trial attorneys and as a sole practitioner attorney since 2006.. It is my intent to serve the legal needs of the people in this community.  To that end I practice in a broad range of legal issues:  Family Law, Criminal Accusations, Contract Law, Personal Injury Claims and more.. In early 2022, Katherine Czubakowski began her legal career at The Law Offices of Tresa A. Sadler as a Rule 9 intern. After successfully passing the Washington Bar, she advanced to Junior Associate Attorney, serving clients across state and tribal jurisdictions. Katherine holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Washington School of Law and earned her bachelor’s degrees in Public Policy and Music from Gettysburg College in 2017. In 2022 she was sworn into both the Washington State Bar Association and the Tulalip Tribal Court bar, reflecting her commitment to a wide range of legal communities.

I have practiced law in Snohomish County for over 35 years. I have served as a judge pro tem, commissioner pro tem, and arbitrator in the Snohomish County Superior Court for over 25 years. I'm a member of the Washington State Bar Association, and the Snohomish County Bar Association, and am admitted to all of the Washington courts, including the Washington Supreme Court, and all the federal courts, including the US Supreme Court. I've been a member of the board of trustees for the Snohomish County Bar Association and the judicial liaison. I am a founding member of the ADR section of the Snohomish County Bar Association. I have been a mediator for over 20 years. When I'm not practicing law, I'm skiing, golf, biking, and/or cheering on my alma mater, Notre Dame!

I have been an attorney for 26 years, first in California, and then for the last 20 years in Washington. Most of my experience has been in criminal law. Being a criminal lawyer is a something I thoroughly enjoy. It gives me great satisfaction to help people out in their time of need, and give them the direction to get their lives turned around. If I can, at the same time, reduce or eliminate the judicial impact of the accusations against them, so much the better.. Contrary to the claims of some, I was neither born a long time ago, nor in a galaxy far, far away. I am in the upper middle aged category. I have been married to my wife Elaine for 24 years, and we have one son. Elaine and I enjoy golf, skiing, and casinos, and we play in a weekly Texas Hold 'em game. We just got a new Nintendo Wii, and we are spending a lot of time with it. I have begun flying lessons. (Elaine is tolerating this for now.)

Danielle was born and raised in Snohomish County and has continued to devote her time and service to the community since becoming a lawyer. She attended the University of Washington, where she obtained dual degrees in English and Spanish, and a minor in International Studies-Comparative Religion. Danielle attended Willamette University College of Law.. Danielle joined Mill Creek Law in 2017. She enjoys a general practice where she is able to work in many fields of the law. Her practice focuses primarily on serving families and the elderly in the community. Areas of practice include estate planning, probate, estate litigation, guardianship, vulnerable adult protection, domestic relations and personal injury.. Danielle enjoys spending time volunteering, playing sports and convincing her lazy dog to get some exercise. Born and raised in California, Tresa Ann Sadler charted an academic path in Mathematics at the University of Washington before graduating cum laude from Seattle University in 2001. Upon passing the Bar in 2002, she joined the Law Offices of J. Michael Gallagher, honing her unique skills in Family Law and Estate Planning.
