I have practiced law in Snohomish County for over 35 years. I have served as a judge pro tem, commissioner pro tem, and arbitrator in the Snohomish County Superior Court for over 25 years. I'm a member of the Washington State Bar Association, and the Snohomish County Bar Association, and am admitted to all of the Washington courts, including the Washington Supreme Court, and all the federal courts, including the US Supreme Court. I've been a member of the board of trustees for the Snohomish County Bar Association and the judicial liaison. I am a founding member of the ADR section of the Snohomish County Bar Association. I have been a mediator for over 20 years. When I'm not practicing law, I'm skiing, golf, biking, and/or cheering on my alma mater, Notre Dame!

Born and raised in California, Tresa Ann Sadler charted an academic path in Mathematics at the University of Washington before graduating cum laude from Seattle University in 2001. Upon passing the Bar in 2002, she joined the Law Offices of J. Michael Gallagher, honing her unique skills in Family Law and Estate Planning. Outside of the office, Mr. Elston pursues many diverse interests, including sports, writing, reading, travelling and fantasy football. He is a member of Canyon Hills Community Church in Bothell, Washington and is currently on the Board of Directors of Breakthrough Partners, an Edmonds, Washington-based non-profit organization dedicated to economic and social development in distressed areas in third world countries. Most of all, he enjoys spending time with his family. He is happily married with two children and four grandchildren, all of whom live in the area.
