Andrew A. Monteleone graduated from Fordham University School of Law in New York City in 1999.  Thereafter, he worked as an Assistant District Attorney in the Nassau County District Attorney's Office where he prosecuted numerous misdemeanor and felony charges ranging from DWI to Attempted Murder.. Upon leaving the prosecutor's office in 2003, Mr. Monteleone worked for a civil litigation firm in New York City defending construction companies from lawsuits arising out of construction accidents throughout the New York area.. Mr. Monteleone opened his own practice in June, 2004 where he has handled numerous personal injury matters leading to favorable settlements for his clients and successfully defended criminal clients in cases against both the State and Federal government.  He has been the village prosecutor for the Village of New Hyde Park since 2012.  In January 2016, Mr. Monteleone merged his firm with the Law Office of Jarad Siegel to found the firm Monteleone & Siegel PLLC..
