Rishma D. In 2014, I attended St. Thomas University School of Law where I earned my Juris Doctorate with Cum Laude honors. During my graduate tenure I drafted a law review article discussing Puerto Rico’s historic independence woes.. I have worked on numerous corporate transactions and competition matters involving specialised advice. Gayle E. Sarju is a founder of Law Office of Gayle Sarju P.A., located in Miramar, Florida and Ave Maria, Florida.. Ms. Sarju was born in St. Ann and raised in St Ann and Kingston, Jamaica. F. Antonio Calero is the founder and attorney of the firm.  He is a successful transactional attorney, who has consulted with various companies in different industries on both contractual matters in a sales driven and client centered environment.  Antonio was born in Colombia and moved to the U.S. at about the age of 10.  He attended Miami Beach Senior High School and graduated with honors in 1999.  Antonio obtained his Undergraduate Degree from St. Thomas University (2003) in criminal justice and a minor in psychology.  Further, he obtained his Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Nova Southeastern University (2007).  Furthermore, after obtaining his Master’s Degree, Antonio decided to pursue his Juris Doctorate (J.D.) in Florida A&M College of Law (2011).  Antonio also has several certifications.  He received an undergraduate certificate in Homeland Security and Terrorism from St. Thomas University (2003) and a certification from the Supreme Court of Florida as a Certified County Mediator (2013).  Whether during his Certifications, Undergraduate Degree, Master’s Degree, and his Doctoral Degree, Antonio worked full-time and made sure he was staying in touch with the community. Attorney Wooden is a native of Miami, Florida.  Educated in the public schools of Miami-Dade County, Florida.  A graduate of Miami Jackson Sr. High School in 1980.. She attended the University of Florida for both her undergraduate (Bachelor of Arts, 1980-84) and legal studies (Juris Doctorate, 1992-1994).  She is also the proud mother of a University of Florida graduate, Millanee Wooden (B.A. cum laude, 2008).. Attorney Wooden is a member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc. and a member of the Unity on the Bay church in Miami, Florida, but normally attends the Unity church of Hollywood..
