Mr. Cain, born in Memphis, Tennessee, was raised in Jasper, Alabama. He completed his undergraduate degree at Auburn University where he received numerous honors. In 2003, he received his Juris Doctorate magna cum laude from the University of Alabama School of Law. During law school, he was a Hugo Black Scholar and selected into the Order of the Coif and the Order of the Barristers. I grew up on Sand Mountain, in North Alabama.  After college, I attended Cumberland School of Law at Samford University, where I graduated cum laude in 1989.  Since then, I have practiced 100% plaintiff work, and have represented literally thousands of individuals over the Southeastern United States..
