Regina was born and raised in Anniston, Alabama.  Regina attended Jacksonville State University (JSU) where she received a Bachelor of Arts degree Summa Cum Laude in only three years.  Regina received her Juris doctorate from the University of Alabama School of Law.  Since that time, she has practice almost exclusively in the field of Civil Defense.. In 2012 Regina was honored with being selected as a “Rising Star” among Super Lawyers for the State of Alabama.  This honor is limited to less than 5% of lawyers nationwide..
