Seth Levy received his license to practice law in 1984 from West Virginia, in 1985 from New Jersey, and in 1989 from New York.  During this time and for the next 12 years, he consulted on legal matters concerning the environment, energy, and public utility industries in the New York Metropolitan area.. In 1998, Seth settled in Mount Pleasant with his wife, Heidi, and their two children.
