Kevin D. Anderson is the principal attorney at our law office. Kevin was born and raised in Skagit Valley, Washington. After starting his career working at a law office in the greater Seattle area, he founded the Law Office of Kevin D. Anderson in 2019 with the dream of helping people in the same community that he grew up in. While this drove the decision to locate his office in Mt. Vernon, Washington so he could better serve Skagit County and the surrounding areas, he is proud of the fact that his clients still come from all over the state (and some out of state too!) for his legal representation.. Kevin received his bachelor degree with honors from Central Washington University (2004) and his juris doctor degree from Gonzaga University School of Law (2009). While in law school Kevin was a member of numerous law associations and societies, to include the Gonzaga Journal of International Law where he held the position of Editor-in-Chief. Kevin is licensed to practice law in the State of Washington (2009). He is admitted in all state courts in Washington, the U.S. District Court - Western District of Washington, the U.S. District Court - Eastern District of Washington, and the U.S. Court of Appeal - Ninth Circuit. He is a member of the Washington State Bar Association, Skagit County Bar Association, and has been an Eagle member of the Washington State Association for Justice for over a decade. Kevin has also received the President's Award from the Snohomish County Bar Association in 2016 and has been a multi-year recipient of the "Top 40 Under 40 in Washington" which is awarded by The National Trial Lawyers.. When not working, Kevin is the consummate family man. He enjoys spending time with his wife and their four children. John A. Shultz is a proud, lifelong resident of Skagit County. John graduated from Mount Vernon High School in 2000, and the University of Washington in 2004, prior to attending law school at the Seattle University School of Law, where he earned his Juris Doctor in 2009, with honors. During law school John served as Associate Editor of the Seattle University Law Review and as a Board Member and Research and Technical Editor, while also working as a Law Clerk with Ahlers & Cressman PLLC in Seattle, Washington. After completing law school, John joined his father, John R. Shultz, in forming Shultz Law Offices, where he now represents clients in a variety of legal matters and litigation, including personal injury, auto accidents, business, finance, contract, real estate, insurance, and bankruptcy law matters. Prior to law school, John also worked extensively in areas of finance, real estate, and construction. John has previously served as President and Vice President of the Skagit County Bar Association, and continues to be an active member of the Skagit Bar.. John currently lives in Mount Vernon with his wife, Kira, and children, Alex and Mikayla, and enjoys spending his free time with his family skiing, boating, traveling, and being outdoors.

I worked in the mental health field for a number of years prior to attending Law School at the University of Montana.  I was a prosecutor in Yakima County for 8 years and also acted as a Judge Pro-Tem for the City of Yakima.  Since 2009 I have been practicing as a criminal defense attorney.. I enjoy problem-solving and helping people deal with what can be a confusing criminal justice process

I have worked  as an attorney since 1994. I have represented thousands of clients and am proud that every one of my clients know they had a fighting advocate on their side. Personally, I am blessed to have been married over twenty years to my wife, Julie and we have three amazing children. I am an avid sport's fan and have volunteered countless hours coaching youth sports and administering youth sports leagues. I have served my community as an elected school board member and as a volunteer for several nonprofit groups. In addition to working as a private attorney, I have worked as a Tribal Prosecutor, Tribal Judge, and as a College Professor and Paralegal. instructor. I have over 24 years of legal expereince in criminal law.  I handle major felony crimes, DUIs, assaults, drug cases, sex cases and other criminal matters in Skagit, Island, Whatcom and Snohomish Counties.. I have a degree in accounting that helps me crunch numbers better than most, from U of W. I've been a die-hard Husky since the 70s, Go Dawgs!. With my wife, I rescue and re-home dogs, particularly older or injured dogs that don't have a lot of hope to escape euthanasia. We have helped chihuahuas, papillons, pit bulls, labs, corgis, bulldogs, cattle dogs, schipperkes, rottweilers, retrievers, collies, and everything in between.. I am a member of WOOFD2, a club for participants in frisbee dog sports. My dog Babe was a state champion who toured the country and even went to Canada to promote her sport.. I enjoy fishing, golfing, boating, skiing, bowling, and all sorts of other sports. I have been a member of National Ski Patrol for 5 years, and I love to ski the Summit at Snoqualmie. (Though nothing compares to Whistler Blackcomb or Big White!). In my free time (of which I have very little) I can be found reading sports and political biographies, grilling on my deck, or hanging out watching the Golf Channel.

Gabriel Harrison was born and raised near Bellingham, Washington. He attended Western Washington University and in 2004 earned his undergraduate degree in History and Political Science. Gabe entered the University of Oregon Law School in 2009 and graduated in 2012.. Gabe has been practicing immigration law since 2013. He currently owns Harrison and Pai, PLLC with his law Partner, Holly Pai.

After graduating from Gonzaga University School of Law, I practiced law in the Territory of Guam for close to seven years. After a few years practicing in a local law firm, I opened my own practice. During this time, I also met and married my husband who was in the US Navy. After Guam we relocated to Michigan where I worked as a deputy prosecuting attorney while my husband completed his medical training. After 4 years in Michigan, we received military orders to Sicily, Italy, and eventually back to the Pacific Northwest. My travels and varying work experiences have allowed me to enjoy different perspectives. I am always up for a challenge and the opportunity to assist clients to the best of my abilities.
