Mr. Sutton counsels clients on labor and employment law matters and aggressively represents clients in litigation of employment law and business-related cases before federal courts, state courts and administrative agencies.

Mr. Crass came to Baker Manock & Jensen with extensive legal experience both in the public and private sector and currently represents employers in a broad range of employment litigation matters, including discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, wage and hour and other fair employment practice matters. He counsels employers on day-to-day issues including discipline and termination, medical leaves and other matters. Mr. Crass represents clients in front of the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Department of Fair Employment and Housing as well as state and federal courts. In addition to Mr. Crass' civil litigation experience, he honed his trial skills as a District Attorney, a Navy Judge Advocate, and an Assistant United States Attorney.

In my spare time, I enjoy golfing, skiing, traveling and playing cards.  In high school, I spent a year in Italy as a foreign exchange student.  I am fluent in Italian and proficient in French.. I began practicing law in California in 2009.  I briefly worked in house for a large transportation company.  I then moved to Madera, CA to start an association with another local attorney.  On January 1, 2012, I moved my office to Fresno, CA and opened up my own practice.  I currently work as a solo practitioner, representing clients in employment, and labor law matters.

As the child of a business owner I am committed to helping companies in California manage their greatest asset - employees.  Preventing situations that could lead to the demise of a family legacy is the driving force in my practice. I help organizations stay in compliance with the changing employment laws so they can focus on business.. I concentrate my work in the areas of employment HR compliance and litigation. I assist employers in resolving disputes involving claims of unpaid wages, discrimination, harassment, retaliation and wrongful termination. I also draft various employment agreements and employment handbooks. Additional areas of representation include general civil litigation matters including breach of contract, torts and commercial collections.  I have been serving as the Legislative Director for the Tulare/Kings County Chapter of the Society for Human Resource Management since 2014.. I was born and raised in Fresno and graduated from California State University, Fresno.  I continued my education at San Joaquin College of Law, where I received a Juris Doctorate degree. I am involved in my local community. I am on the board of La Visionaria Guild of Valley Children’s Hospital, an organization devoted to advocating for children, fundraising and promoting good will for the hospital.  Additionally, I am on the board of San Joaquin College of Law’s Alumni Association and am a lifetime member of the local chapter of the Delta Theta Phi Law Fraternity and served on the executive board while in law school.
