Skyler Anderson is one of the founding partners of ANDERSON & BENSON,  PLLC, a Utah based law firm practicing primarily in immigration and criminal defense. Dating back to his first year in law school through pro bono clinics and internships, Skyler’s focus has always been immigration law.  As an attorney, he has successfully navigated clients through the tangled webs of immigration law through U.S. embassies and consulates throughout the world, the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, and the immigration and appellate courts. Few things give him more satisfaction than successfully fighting off any given branch of the government seeking to infringe upon the basic human rights of individuals and families.. Roberto Hernandez graduated from the University of Utah for both his bachelors and law degree. After graduation, he worked for an insurance defense firm in Orange County, California, defending multi-million dollar lawsuits. In 2011, Roberto returned to Utah to practice criminal defense for a reputable criminal defense firm in downtown Salt Lake City. In 2014, Roberto returned to personal injury law but now on the plaintiff’s side. He used his prior insurance defense knowledge and experience in favor of accident victims and secured settlements for his clients in excess of 1.3 million dollars before starting his own practice.
