I am from Tennessee. I graduated from Middle Tennessee State University in 2007 with a BS in Political Science. Thereafter, I enrolled and was accepted to Nashville School of Law where I graduated 11th in my class and obtained my JD. I have worked for Larry R. Williams, PLLC my entire relevant legal career.

I am a tax lawyer by training but I more enjoy working on business transactions--forming, buying, selling, merging companies.  Within the past 5 years, I have developed a lot of experience and knowledge in the alcohlic beverage industry.  While I mainly work on Tennessee matters, I am able to assist with federal alcoholic beverage issues.  If you have a business or anything to do with alcohol in Tennessee, I am your man.

David is a life-long Tennessee resident, the majority of which has been in the Nashville area. He began his higher education at Middle Tennessee State University in 1983. After receiving a Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice Administration, David began his career in Law Enforcement with the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation working as an intern in Governor’s Task Force on Marijuana Eradication in 1987. Following that, he began an internship with the Tennessee Board of Paroles, where he worked while he was attending Masters courses at Middle Tennessee State University. Following that, he began working for the Murfreesboro Police Department in Rutherford County, Tennessee, while continuing his education at Middle Tennessee State University in his quest for a Masters Degree in Criminal Justice Administration.. After nearly two years with the Murfreesboro Police Department, David was hired by lateral transfer to the Metropolitan Nashville Police Department where he served proudly until 1998. During this time, he received his Masters Degree from MTSU, and his Doctorate of Jurisprudence from the Nashville School of Law, graduating in July of 1998. In 1997, while in his last year of law school, David worked as an intern at the Davidson County District Attorney’s Office in Nashville, Tennessee. In October 1998, after receiving the bar exam results, David opened Nashville Criminal Defense Law Firm in the heart of Nashville, Tennessee (Ridings Law Group, P.C.).. Over the years, the firm has practiced in a wide variety of rolls, but mostly in the areas of DUI, Criminal Defense, Domestic Assault, Drug Possesion, and Police Advocacy.. Dan Todd has practiced in workers' compensation and related employment law as well as personal injury cases sine 1988 in the State of Tennessee.  Mr. Todd received his undergraduate B.A. degree from the University of Virginia and his J.D. degree from the Tennessee College of Law.  He is admitted to practice before The United States Supreme Court, Tennessee State Trial and Appellate Courts, United States District Court for the Eastern, Middle and Western Districts of Tennessee, United States Court of Appeals Sixth Circuit, and the Supreme Court of Tennessee.  He is a member of the Defense Research Institute and the Tennessee Bar Association.

Blake Alford received his Bachelors degree from Middle Tennessee State University and his law degree from Nashville School of Law. After serving as a litigation assistant with the Tennessee Attorney General's Office in the Special Litigation Division, Blake took a position with the Tennessee Department of Labor and Workforce Development as a Workers Compensation Specialist IV. There, Blake represented the Workers' Compensation Fund, and the Employee Misclassification, Education and Enforcement Fund, and Penalty Program in administrative litigation and appeal hearings. In addition to coordinating penalty collections with the Attorney General's Office, Blake served as a Division representative to the Employee Misclassifcation Advisory Task Force. In 2014, Blake took a position with the Division of Health Care Finance and Administration where he defends the Bureau of TennCare in over 500 benefit denial administrative appeal hearings annually. Blake is admitted to practice in Tennessee.

Blair was an enlisted infantryman for almost four years in the United States Marine Corps.  (For you fellow Marines, Blair was an 03-11 - rifleman).. He served at Parris Island, Camp LeJeune, the Naval Sub Base Bangor (outside Seattle), and with the 3rd Battalion, 4th Marines, at Camp Pendleton.  He spent six months TDY in Korea and Japan.. He completed the Marine cold weather training at Bridgeport, California, and received several Mast Awards. He completed basic, advanced basic, Marine combat training, the school of infantry, and the Marine security school.. He left the Marine Corps to finish his undergraduate education at Belmont University in Nashville. His law degree is from Pepperdine School of Law in Malibu, California.. He spent a month as a barrister's pupil to Simon Connely at the Middle Temple in London, and assisted his pupil master on trials at the Old Bailey.  He also spent a month at a law program in Florence, Italy.  The London and Florence programs were part of the University of San Diego law school summer session in 2000.. Adrienne Fazio received her bachelors degree from the University of Southern Mississippi, magna cum laude, and her law degree from the Tulane University School of Law. A. GREGORY RAMOS (“Gregg”) is past President of the Nashville Bar Association, having served in that capacity in 2004.  He is a member of the law firm North, Pursell, & Ramos PLC in Nashville, TN, where he maintains a general civil litigation practice with an emphasis in the areas of personal injury, workers’ compensation, and employment law..
