In addition to litigation, Beau handles transactional work with various clients, including the preparation of necessary documents to launch and form entities, preparation of various documents and instruments necessary for the sale and purchase of businesses, preparation and counseling of business owners with respect to acquisitions as well as shareholder, partner and member matters. Prior to entering the legal profession, Beau spent several years in management of a family owned construction business that focused on heavy and highway construction in the southeast region of the United States. Beau’s experience ranged from project management through regional management of various projects and undertakings. Beau earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Mississippi in 1980 and his law degree from the Cumberland School of Law at Samford University, 1989.
