I have been an attorney for over 30 years, and I currently have a law and mediation practice in Natick. I assist individuals, businesses and organizations to increase productivity and harmony through conflict resolution, training and consultation. Active listening and creative problem-solving are key components of my practice. I was co-chair of the Boston Bar Association’s ADR Committee from 2001-2004. I became president of NEACR in April 2008. I serve on the panels of the Community Dispute Settlement Center, FINRA and BBA/BMC panel.
