Tom was born and raised in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin and graduated from Goodrich High School. He attended Ripon College for undergraduate studies, where he stayed busy not only studying, but playing baseball, golf and hockey. Tom obtained his law degree in DeKalb, Illinois at Northern Illinois University in 1996. He returned to take the Wisconsin Bar and began practicing in Waupun and Green Lake until 2001 when he started his own firm in Ripon, Wisconsin. Tom also ran a solo practice in Ripon until 2009, when he moved to the Fox Cities to practice law focusing on consumer and business bankruptcy, financial matters and family law. At DiRenzo and Bomier, LLC Tom's primary practice area is assisting individuals during difficult financial times. Tom and his wife live in the Fox Valley with their young children. When not practicing law, he and his family like to spend time outdoors camping, fishing and hunting.

Matt grew up in the Fox Valley/Green Bay areas. He graduated Summa Cum Laude from South Texas College of Law while also receiving the Transactional Law Practice Certificate. During his college career, Matt had a wide variety of internships, all with a common aspect – research and writing. These opportunities have helped to develop his transactional legal skills. Prior to joining Remley & Sensenbrenner, he worked for a firm specializing in estate and tax planning for high income wealth individuals. He is coauthor of, “Tax Planning Opportunities After the American Taxpayer Relief Act: Tools, Tips, and Tactics.” He continues to develop his practice with an emphasis in Estate Planning and Tax.. Matt currently resides in Menasha. In his free time he enjoys playing guitar, hunting, fishing, and camping.

Jim was born and raised in Janesville, Wisconsin. During law school, he clerked for the IRS researching areas of the federal income tax laws. Jim spent several years working for Ernst & Young in Milwaukee as a tax manager before relocating to the Fox Valley to join Remley & Sensenbrenner in 1991. His primary practice focuses in business/corporate, tax, estate planning, and real estate.. Jim and his wife, Deb, live in Neenah and have two children. Most of Jim’s hobbies involve outdoor activities, such as fishing, hunting, and downhill skiing.

In addition to a busy work and volunteer schedule, I enjoy hiking and swimming and recently completed a two mile open water swim in Lake Superior.

I went to Law School so I could have a career focused on helping people.  I treat each case as though I were representing a close friend or family member.. After Law School, I worked as a prosecutor for 5 years and gained invaluable courtroom experience.  I particpated in approximately 30 jury trials and hundreds of other contested hearings.  I have worked hard to earn the respect of judges and other attorneys.. I have lived in Appleton, Wisconsin my entire life other than attending college in Madison and law school in Chicago.  I started my own law practice within the first year of graduating from law school, and continue to work with my same partners at our law firm Hammett,  Bellin & Oswald, LLC.  I am proud of the quality of individuals representing our law firm and am happy that we have helped so many people over the years.. I am an active member of our community and serve in many different ways.  I have been active on various Boards including as Treasurer of the Boys & Girls Club, President of Rebuilding Together-Fox Valley, and member of Emerging Leaders of the United Way.  I am also active in our local parish and enjoy coaching youth basketball..
