While a Federal Prosecutor with the U.S. EnvironmentalProtection Agency, I provided advice as to legal issues and possibleramifications of policy decisions on complex cases, national and internationalin scope, arising in the enforcement of the criminal provisions ofenvironmental statutes.  Further, I served as a national consultant on criminal enforcement of environmental statutes,primarily responsible for reviewing EPA's national and international criminalenforcement activities.  Lastly, I representedthe criminal enforcement branch of EPA, providing assistance to senior agencyofficials in preparation of Congressional testimony.

I have been practicing law in Southern Indiana since 1996.  I was born and raised in this area and have strong ties to the community.  I am proud to have served in the United States Air Force and love what I do..
