I am a Wisconsin-licensed Criminal Defense attorney.  I am admitted to practice before the Wisconsin Supreme Court, as well as the Eastern District of the United States District Court.  I focus my practice 100% on defending the rights of my clients.  Unlike many attorneys, I spend a large portion of my week in court working with judges and district attorneys to advocate for my clients.  My firm represents clients in Dodge, Jefferson, Milwaukee, Ozaukee, Washington and Waukesha counties and we have the contacts and relationships to offer our clients the best possible representation.. He is licensed to practice in Illinois, Indiana, and Wisconsin.. Benjamin earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of Wisconsin Law School in 2001. He received a Bachelor of Arts Degree with a double major in Political Science and History from the University of Wisconsin in 1997. Benjamin has previously served as an Adjunct Professor for the College of Business at Cardinal Stritch University, where he taught courses focusing on business law, business ethics, and American government.  He currently serves as a member of the Wisconsin Judicial Council.
